i like 100% wheat bread,fresh organic tomatoes from my garden,ripe avocado sliced,bean sprouts,and Swiss cheese,I grilled the cheese on the bread both pieces,then layer other ingredients in the middle

You've hit most of the grilling veggies there, eggplant and portobello are great together, sun-dried tomato vinegrette and some melted smoked mozzarella. Get down with the Ciabatta!

I like cucumbers, Kalamata olives, onions and tomatoes on usually a pita or some form of crusty bread. I make a yummy dressed up mayo for them too. (Mayo/balsamic vinegar/honey/a lot of fresh ground black pepper.) Its yummy.
