What goes in your grilled veggie sandwich?
December 1st, 2009 | by admin |I like to put on ciabatta bread, zucchini, peppers and mushroom – sometimes eggplant – and a slice of cheese. yum
I like cucumbers, Kalamata olives, onions and tomatoes on usually a pita or some form of crusty bread. I make a yummy dressed up mayo for them too. (Mayo/balsamic vinegar/honey/a lot of fresh ground black pepper.) Its yummy.

You’ve hit most of the grilling veggies there, eggplant and portobello are great together, sun-dried tomato vinegrette and some melted smoked mozzarella.
Get down with the Ciabatta!
