I’m looking for a recipe for Chocolate Zucchini Slice?

Does anyone have a recipe for a Chocolate Zucchini Slice. The one I’ve been searching for was a Weight Watchers one that had buttermilk in it, and was in one of their cookbooks about 5 years ago. But I would like any other recipes that are really moist and delicious, as i would really like to cook it again.
