Pasta Dish for Summer

You will need:
2-4 lemons
Cherry tomatoes
Asparagus
2-3 zucchini
Mushrooms (optional)
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees, and put a pot of water on to boil.
1) Quarter the lemons. Put them in a large roasting dish.
2) Slice the ends off the asparagus, and then cut them into thirds. Add these to the dish.
3) Wash and peel the zucchini, and slice them how ever you like. Add these to the dish as well.
4) Add the cherry tomatoes and the mushrooms. You may want to slice the mushrooms if they are large so as to cut down cooking time.
5) Add sliced garlic.
6) Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix to combine.
7) When the oven is ready, put the veggies in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the asparagus is cooked through.
8) Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
9) When the timer for the veggies is done, take them out of the oven. Carefully remove the lemon slices. Put these to the side, DON’T THROW THEM OUT.
10) Once it’s finished, add the pasta to the roasting dish. Carefully squeeze the juice from the cooked lemons over the pasta dish.
11) Use a spoon or other utensil to mix to combine.
12) Serve hot with parmesan cheese and enjoy!

-In a mixing glass with ice, pour 1 1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur
-1/2 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
-And 1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
-Shake
-And Strain into a Lowball glass with ice
-Garnish with a Cherry

Apple Jolly Rancher:
-Pour 1 oz. Whiskey
-1 oz. Melon Liqueur
-And 1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix into a mixing glass with ice
-Shake
-And Strain into a Lowball glass with ice
-Garnish with an Apple Slice
