What is a potato slice enzyme project suppose to look like?

You know with the potato slice and hydrogen peroxide. I have to do that project and i did but im not quite sure whats suppose to happen. Has anyone done it?

You should see carbon dioxide being released. Enzymes break up the hydrogen peroxide, releasing carbon dioxide. If there’s no release of CO2, you didn’t do something right.
