How many calories are in the frosting off a slice of cake?

Just curious. I rarely ever actually eat cake I just love frosting! So when I have a slice that’s the only part I eat. You can find the calories in cake without frosting, but not what the calories are if you skip the cake and eat that. Like a cupcake or single slice. Any idea?
They just do that for the cake. But I mean in general like if you go to a bakery and get a cupcake.

for 1 average slice of cake its 150 calories of frosting for vanilla and 160 for chocolate, just on average not all

    read the icing container..? LOL
    dont they have to write the stuff down… its in the nutrition facts.

    It definetly varies from what type of frosting is on the cake.

    I usually find that it is anywhere from 150 – 250 calories.

    I’m guessing it depends on how much you eat, and I’m also guessing there aren’t THAT many Calories but it isn’t always about the calories. It is simply not too healthy of a snack considering it is made of all kinds of fats and sugars. Plus if you exercise calories shouldn’t be too much of a concern versus the healthiness of what you eat.

    well now that I think of it considering some cupcakes can be equivalent to three slices of pizza in fat and calories the frosting probably plays a role in that.

    aw man really? (and can i just say Katie you are really pretty!)
    i’m sorry i’m not answering your question as every cake is different. although i’m sure you’re fine as i think the icing is the least fattening part of cake. usually the cake itself is the most fattening
    i don’t tend to eat cake too but when i do, i hate icing.. yeesh!

    i only like chocolate cake.. oh and sponge cake. yum!
