Can the driver be used as a supplement to the iron in this drill or do you recommend only with irons? My irons tend to be straight, except my 4 iron recently, but i am having a lot of trouble with my driver..

Yes, a common problem…almost always better to have the ball too far back than too far forward! Forward almost ensures outside-in path by the time the ball gets there. Good Luck!

Hi, glad u like it. It usually takes a while to be able to progress from short irons to mid to long to woods. Practice w/ the irons for a while and the driver will get easier to use with the drill. Have fun!

    Great drill, Thanks …
Great drill, Thanks! Ledbetter has a similar drill, but instead you align your feet 45 deg to the RIGHT; this one works much better for me. My slice is so bad that this just got me hitting it straight. are you doing anything special with the takeaway (far to the outside?)? How do I work this into my regular swing?

This is really a great drill. After hitting about five balls, my swing plane felt more natural and I began hitting a very soft draw with my irons. My ball striking improved after only one hour on the range.
