how many calories in one slice of cheese pizza?

Hi. Pizza isn’t the healthiest choice to eat daily if you are watching your weight. There is more to weight loss then counting calories. you still have to watch your fat and carb intake ( pizza is very high in both of those ). I would say if you want pizza, make sure you choose thin crust over thick, and go very light on the cheese, and it definitely should not be eaten every day. Good luck

That will not work because you need different types of nutrients in a day. Besides 1 slice of pizza is over 500 calories so if you are trying to eat 1300 calories day you won’t be able to eat much pizza. Cut pizza out and stick to fruits and veggies. As much as you want, You can eat it all day long. This works. Also drink plenty of water and exercise at least 30 min a day. You can’t eat only one type of food and loose weight, and if for some reason you do it will gain right back. Been there done that.

As long as you burn off more calories than you eat you can lose weight, so yes you can eat pizza and lose weight, but its not very healthy, try and eat a sensible healthier eating plan, your skin will become blotchy and spotty, it will look like a slice of pizza.
