Is that bad? i hear and read articles about how it causes cancer ...
i eat a multigrain sandwich with 2 slices of turkey, 6-8 carrots, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes no mayo or sometimes a little bit of light mayo.
is this a good lunch for someone watching their weight and trying ...

The filet o fish used to have a full patty sized slice of cheese on it. Now they put this puny lil strip down the middle.

My daughter loves cheese slices, (the square ones), so I give them to her as snacks sometimes.. Also because of the calcium in it. Is it ok?
